My Journey and Initial Documents



Type 2 Diabetes is a worldwide growing epidemicyet there is a grassroots effort by doctors, nutritionists, individuals, and others throughout the world reversing type 2 Diabetes.  The fact is that our standard medical approach focuses on the symptoms and not the cause which is why it is currently a progressive, chronic disease.  Yet new clinical studies are showing it can be reversed.

Since beginning on this journey in March 2017 I've gone from feeling a very unhealthy (pre-diabetic) at 240lbs to feeling very heathly at 168lbs.

I've followed Dr. Eric Berg's healthy ketogenic plan and way of eating (WOE).  I also began to incorporate intermittent fasting, eating two meals a day only during a 6 (six) hour eating window while fasting for 18 hours without feeling hungry.  Typically my breakfast is a 9:15am, while lunch/dinner is about 2:30pm.  My fasting window begins after the 2:30pm lunch/dinner and I repeat the cycle five (5) days a week, Monday-Friday.  Intermittent fasting promotes Autophagy.  My attached and downloadable documents have more information about everything, they are provided for educational purposes.
